Big things are happening at the former Farmer’s Table location in Chula Vista! After opening its fourth spot in 2021, Farmer’s Table has recently renovated, and now it’s getting some company. According to Marco Sotomayor, Director of Operations of Alba Restaurant Group, two new concepts are moving into the 10,000-square-foot space: Acqua E Farina Trattoria Romana and a yet-to-be-named barbecue concept. Acqua E Farina will bring a slice of Italy to our local food scene, serving delicious pizza, pasta, desserts, and cocktails. It will be open from 4:30 PM to 9 PM on weekdays and until 10 PM on weekends. Get ready for an authentic Roman dining experience starting September 18!
A Taste of Rome in Chula Vista
Located in the heart of Chula Vista, Acqua E Farina Trattoria Romana is a new dining spot specializing in authentic Italian cuisine. He says, “We want our guests to feel like they’ve been transported to Rome.” From what we’ve seen, that’s exactly what you’ll feel when you step through the doors of Acqua E Farina.
