Welcome to Congregational Place in Chula Vista: A New Community for Older Adults
We are excited to announce another great project coming to Chula Vista: Congregational Place. This new development will enhance downtown Chula Vista and bring life to a lot that has been empty for years. Congregational Place promises to provide a vibrant and secure community for older adults, offering a range of amenities and sustainable features. It’s beautiful to see this project moving forward and contributing to the revitalization of our city.

Congregational Place amenities for residents
The first floor is the hub of essential services and conveniences. Here, residents will find:
- Mail Room
- Laundry Room
- Manager’s Office
- Receptionist Area
- Service Coordinator’s Office
Additionally, 2,083 square feet of commercial space will be leased to San Ysidro Health. The company plans to operate a PACE program, providing comprehensive healthcare services to income—and age-eligible individuals in the South Bay area.

- Arts & Crafts Room
- Large Outdoor Deck
To support aging in place, 50% of the apartments on floors two through seven will be accessible for individuals with mobility impairments. In comparison, 2% will cater to those with visual and hearing impairments.

Congregational Place is committed to sustainability and energy efficiency. The building will be equipped with:
- Solar panels and battery storage systems will supply some of the site’s electricity.
- Energy Star Appliances throughout the building.
