Salsa Under the Stars 2025

Salsa Under the Stars 2025 is back at Otay Ranch Town Center, and if you joined us last year, you know how fun these nights can be! The Manny Cepeda Orchestra brought the energy, and the dancing didn’t stop. Deseo Studios was also on the scene, giving demonstrations and getting people on the dance floor. They do a fantastic job and if you have not checked them out then make sure you visit their location in the center.

This year, it’s happening again on select Tuesdays from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m., starting June 3rd and concluding with a special Hispanic Heritage Month celebration on September 30th.

It all takes place alongside the Otay Ranch Farmers Market, so you can dance, grab a bite, and shop local, all in one evening. Bring the family, bring a friend, and join in the fun. We’ll see you at Salsa Under the Stars 2025!
