First United Methodist Church

Welcome to First United Methodist Church of Chula Vista—a community where acceptance is more than a value; it’s our way of life. We know that organized religion can sometimes feel overwhelming, but here, it’s different. This is a space free of judgment, where we embrace you as you are.

Our faith is grounded in love without limits, kindness without prejudice, and a commitment to authenticity. We’re not perfect, but we’re real, and we’re here to walk alongside you in whatever stage of life or faith journey you’re in.

At First UMC, questions are welcomed, doubts are honored, and your unique path is celebrated. Whether you’re searching for purpose, looking for a community, or simply exploring what faith means to you, you’ve found a place where you belong. Come as you are—you’re not just welcome here; you’re understood.
