I checked out El Rinconcito Taco Shop

I support local businesses, and today, I’m spotlighting El Rinconcito Taco Shop in Chula Vista. It’s on Brandywine, and I recently met the new owners and tried their food. Alex, the father, used to work here, and now he owns it—talk about full circle. They’ve rebranded the place and have a solid menu, including breakfast. On Taco Tuesday, tacos are just $1.99.
