4th Annual CV Art Fest

If you love supporting local artists and live music, you’ll definitely want to be out there this Saturday for the 4th Annual CV Art Fest. The event is held every year in front of City Hall. I talk about this event all the time, and you know I love being out there.

Why I Keep Coming Back

I love seeing art in Chula Vista. That’s why ArtFest is special to me. Every vendor out there is there for the art, and you can feel it as you walk through. With more than 50 art vendors from Chula Vista and across the South Bay, there’s always something new to discover and a local artist to meet.

Coming out is also the best way to support them. When you buy a piece, chat with the person who made it, or just stop by to say hello, you’re helping keep our local art scene going.

Live Music, Food Trucks, and a Spot on the Grass

The music is one of my favorite parts. Great live bands and the setting make it easy to settle in for a while. Bring a chair, find a spot on the grass, and listen to some good live music while the afternoon rolls by.

Food trucks will be on site too, so you can eat, browse, and listen without ever leaving the fun.

I’ll be at the Projects2Print booth, selling T-shirts and just having a good time. Stop by and say hello. I’d love to hear how you’re enjoying the day.

• Cost: Free, all ages
• Getting there: Take the Blue Line to the E Street Station, then Route 704 to F Street and 4th Avenue. Route 701 also works.
