After my last Instagram post, there was some confusion about the Spoon House, so I had to come out and have lunch and learn more about what makes this a stand-out business. Locally owned by Monica, this spot offers a unique blend of delicious food, refreshing drinks, and a friendly atmosphere. During my visit, I started with a margarita that set the tone for a fantastic meal. Monica first brought out the Beef Bibimbap, a flavorful mix of veggies, beef, rice, and a perfectly fried egg on top. Mixing it all together created an explosion of flavors that was simply delightful. Next, I tried the beef ramen, topped with two slices of American cheese that melted into the broth. The cheese added a rich flavor that made the dish stand out. Both entrees were excellent and left me wanting to return and try even more.
