Chilly weather kept most visitors to Christmas Tree Circle in their cars. Both entrances to the annual holiday light display were busy. Saturday December 13th was the first day of the 48th annual Christmas Tree Circle, which runs every night till December 26th. Christmas Tree Circle is located on Whitney & Mankato St. off of H Street between First & Second St. The display hours are 5pm till 10pm.
