No atmosphere being considered at all in this review, 'cause it's always take-out for me.
Really unique creations at this shop. I'm stuck on the Mushroom Beef. A bottle of cold tea and a bag of sun chips and I am one seriously happy camper.
My wife and I often would frequent this place during her lunch breaks. When she had time, we'd take down to the bay and picnic. The owner's been working it more often lately. She fixes the bomb sammiches.

This is another Chula Vista landmark. It's been here for awhile, and those who work or live around here definitely know and love the place. At lunchtime, it can get crowded. Service is very quick, unless there's a ton of people, and the food is great. Prices aren't bad either, especially if you get a special. You get your money's worth because they pack your sandwich. Try the "oriental beef" sandwich: marinated beef on a toasted french roll with provolone or swiss cheese. MMM!!!
