On Wednesday the South Bay Bicycles had their grand opening at their new home in downtown Chula Vista. Mayor Cheryl Cox gave owner Steve Bandoian a proclamation declaring that June 15th was South Bay Bicycles day. Members of the Third Avenue Village Association were also on hand for the ribbon cutting ceremony. If you’re looking for a brand new bike or even a tune up on your bike then make sure you visit them at their new home 250 Third Avenue. They have been doing a lot of work to their new home in Chula Vista. Be sure you check out the new mural they have on the north side of the building. Inside you will find wall to wall bikes of all types and sizes. Check out our photo gallery below of the grand opening. We wish them the best at their new location. You can check them out online at www.SouthBayBikes.com.

I love Chula Vista and getting the word out on all the good stuff that is going on in the community. This website is my little blog to all the tings that I love and attend here in the South Bay. I like to consider myself as Mr. Chula Vista. Along with this website you can also follow me on Twitter or Like the website on Facebook. When I'm not out covering an event I work as a Graphic Designer for WhiteGeckoMarketing.com. Be sure to check it out to see my work.
